DLT, think Quantum; CSC has some low-cost older models (15/30GB DLT drives, factory refurbs, for $295.) MegaHaus and Dirt Cheap Drives have a number of DLT products Quantum 20/40 and 40/80 drives) and VXA and AIT drives, and I think Bason also had them, but their site was down.
I've used both the 2700 and 4700 Quantum autochangers; frankly, I'd be inclined to look at some of the DDS-4 libraries like HP offers, or VXA if really large volumes of data are involved.
