Checkout Peernet (www.peernet.com). They have a Tiff printer driver that uses control strings rather than activex to pass parameters. I fax out of VFP with FaxRush using the Peernet driver to create the faxable (is that a real word?) tiff file. FaxRush will not send .txt files properly - (known bug - never corrected) and their Tiff driver can not set the file name progammatically.

The Control String used by the Peernet Tiff driver includes parameters for Append, Overwrite, Prompt/NoPrompt, OutputDir, Filename, etc
