We're standardised on Win95 (mixture of releases) and NT4 SP6a Servers on a 10Mb ethernet network LAN and 10Mb MAN to 3 other sites.

I will attempt the USE .. AGAIN approach to see if it eliminates the problem as unfortunately it is so intermittent that it would be difficult to 'educate' the 300+ users to let me know if a problem occurs, contact the server admin(s), and to start interrogating connections. If the problem becomes more frequent this is something we would definately have to consider.
