Kevin,
Now things differ. This could work w/o alias in where but I wouldn't say it's correct (not sure and might be correct all the time). If you're joining tables then you can't depend on things like deleted(), recno() etc. Instead IMHO take a longer route for safety and select each set individually with nofilter.
