In Oracle it is passable that a datetime field is set to "01/01/1800 12:00:00 AM". The DTS Data Transfer will not work because the datetime type in SQL Server cannot lower then "01/01/1950 12:00:00 AM".

Is there a way to have the field converted from Oracle to a String type in SQL Server with in the DTS process?
