I am capturing UPC barcodes with a scanner. When a barcode is scanned, a CRLF is sent. I would like to move down in a grid instead of to the right.

I am capturing UPC barcodes for individual orders, and I am using a single column grid to do this.

I have set the AllowAddNew property to true, and I have tried to keyboard a DNARROW in the keypress when chr(13) is pressed. This behaves erratically.

What am I doing wrong?

A grid seems like a perfect control for this, should I even be using a grid for this?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
