Hello,
Can i use TAPI to call out a phone(by voice modem without any telephony card) and when the receiver site pick up the phone, i can know it and then i wish to play a pre-recorded wave file and the receiver site can hear it.
Anybody how to do it ? I did try the sample program get from some TAPI site, but i found that i can't know when the receiver pick up the phone. and how to play the wave file send through the modem and reach at the receiver site ?
