I have a database of employees with a General Field to store a picture of each one (the original file is a 256 colors .BMP file).
I don't have any problem to insert the .BMP into the field, but when I try to display the image in my form, using the OLE bound control, I only got the picture using 16 colors.

If anybody have any tip about how to solve this I'll appreciate it, thanks in advance,
