* cough * Um, Mike, I don't think that he specifically asked about setting the default printer. He asked about reading/writing registry keys. Admittedly, this could be what he was asking, but he didn't do so specifically.
(Parenthetical note - I completed a job for someone recently that used the technique in the KB< g >)
