Navigate is way to much overhead for my taste. The Microsoft Forms 2.0 Scrollbar is OK, I guess. I have two beefs with it. One, some of Microsoft's documentation say it isn't authorized for redistribution - your user has to have Office 2000 or download it themselves. Two, there is an annoying blinking appearance to the thumb (I used to call it the elevator). I'm in the same boat and trying to persuade a workable Active X control out of Visual Studio 6. No luck so far. I have failed attempts in both VC++ and VB.
