OK, I now have it set to:
REPORT FORM (ConvFilename(Reports.filname)) TO PRINTER PROMPT PREVIEW

But the point was...

When I print some reports not all:
The preview screen popsup briefly then closes...
Then I need to issue the above command a second time.
Then the preview comes up just fine...

This only happens on some reports and I would like to know why...
