Hey Kevin. Since you are asking this to a VFP community, it is unlikely that you will get an unbiased response. You should certainly ask the same question on some VB and Delphi boards as well, and take all of the responses into account.

That being said, more info is required to give a really good answer. In other words, "it depends." They can all be used effectively. But, for instance, if you expect to do a lot of data-crunching in the middle or UI layer, FoxPro may be your best bet (VB probably won't be). If you already have staff proficient in Delphi, you might want to stick with what you know. If you expect to hire many new staff to support and expand it, take a look around your neck of the woods to see what kind of skills are readily available (VB may, in this case, have an advantage).
