Does anyone how (Windows I think Not necessarily FoxPro)decides whick font to if a font specified in in your application control is missing at runtime.

Trouble is querying the controls font still shows whatever is in there even if the font is missing. So this brings me to question 2. Does someone know how I can actually pick the substitute font windows assigns in these circumstances?

I have a case where because a font is missing, captions whose positions is determined at runtime using .with, .left properties appear chopped off the screen
