I know how to Order the result set from an SQL statement. However this has got me stumped.

TABLE Fields and attributes: Code (C 3), Desc (C 50), Order (C 4), PKfld (I)

The order column indicates where the code should appear in a list. Those codes with a order value apear at the top of the list in order order, those without appear at the bottom in Code order.

Any ideas for an SQL statement to this?
