Hi Carol,
>Your user's of FoxFire need training and some database intelligence to create the reports. But I have been told that about Crystal reports also.
>
>When I installed Foxfire on my development computer, it became unbootable. I called Foxfire in a panic. The CS said, What do you want me to do?!? It's your computer.
>It turned out that Foxfire deleted all my fonts. Another devleoper booted my computer into safemode and recovered my system. I wrote a complaint e-mail and got the same attitude e-mailled back.
>Just a warning if you think you will ever have problems with Foxfire.
>
It depends on who answers your call for help. I have had both GREAT and POOR support from the FoxFire folks. With the latter, I just called back, and got the help I needed. Just my $.02
