It's the correct file! I have one Windows95 system and I uninstalled IE4. No more active desktop. My Shell.Application fails. I ran the IE4SETUP that I downloaded form tucows, and I told it to install the browser only. It then asked for the country I was located, and it's now downloading about 12Meg of stuff! Now I remember a couple of years ago, when I loaded the update for IE4 on this system it did the same thing!

I'm sure this will "fix" my problems, THANKS for your help!!!!
