They should talk our resident ASP "expert"; the guy has no idea what is a collection and gets really confused with my code because I never rely on default properties. He is always telling me my code is not up to his standards because it is too complicated... I am sure your guys could share their vision with him < vbg >.

I never worry about having a hard time finding a job. I can program is several languages but the main reason clients hire me is to solve problems that no one else wants to touch. My real problem is to client that the next problem can be solved by one of its programmers (I would guess than 1/3 of the people I worked with eager and had the ability to learn; when they ask what they should learn I almost invariably reply Math).
