This is an upgrade from VFP5.0 to VFP5.0a. Some users were asked to pay $5 for shipment, others got it for free. Anyway the $5 fee was for shipment, not for the upgrade. I believe I saw a doc on MS web site talking about $15 (?) for this upgrade, but I'm not 100% sure.

I have no idea if this is available in Europe. It is/was in US/Canada.

Never heard about a black distribution channel. At least not for genuine MS products.
