Check out www.dnet.org. This is created by the League of Women Voters. You enter your zip code and it gives you the list of all the races you're voting for. Then for each race, you can bring up a page that provides the candidates' positions on a variety of issues. The issues are just a word or two, so there's no issue of slanted questions. The campaigns themselves are asked to provide the positions, so no one else is interpreting the candidates' words. Individuals can add issues they'd like to see covered.

Very cool site. It was written up in Communications of the ACM a while back.
