I don't know about Web Connection, though I'd think it could do what you'd like.
However, here in the Salt Lake City area is a fellow by the name of Morgan Leppink who runs
www.equisoft.net and
www.entertainmentcentral.com where he allows the various radio stations to manage their own content. His is a VB + SQL solution that apparently has had good successes. You might send him an email (
