Unless you have a reason to switch right now, there is no reason to switch.

If this is a hypothetical, then I will take a crack at it. As far as Delphi is concerned, its technical abilities nothwithstanding, I can see no reason for moving to Delphi.
As far as VB is concerned, VB is more lightweight and is better geared towared N-Tier development as opposed to VFP. One reason for this is event handling.
