I'm trying to access a MSSQL DB on another computer from an ASP page but I keep getting this:

"Login failed for user 'johnk'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL
Server connection."

Both computers are connected to the same LAN and I can access the DB from
non-ASP apps (i.e. VB, VFP, etc.) but not from within an ASP page. Anyone
know how I should set this up correctly (yes, I'm a newbie)?

FYI, during installation I set the authentication mode to Windows NT/2000 only, not mixed mode. I'm working on VI-based ASP app that's reading/writing to MSSQL. Once, the app is finished, it'll be put on our ISP server and access our ISP's MSSQL DB after uploading it. TIA.
It's "my" world. You're just living in it.
