Short of running an external program, 16-bit FPW isn't going to be real happy about interfacing with a 32-bit COM application, which is how VFP does it (ProgID=foxhhelp.foxhtmlhelp). What exactly are you wanting to accomplish? Just pulling up CHM help from within FPW? If so, what OS are you using?
