A few weeks ago I submitted the above title.

Had many responses.

Since then I came up with an idea to use a .jpg file as the picture for the command button with no caption.

Used Paint Shop Pro 5 to create an image 98 x 26 with 72 resolution, pixels sizing, Backgound color, 16.7 million colors (24 bit) as image type. First buttonize the image using iw height 6: width 8: and opacity 44: with transparent edge checked. Font size 9 arial bold.

After entering the picture resize the button to fit as small as looks good.

You may have different size buttons in you app. But it only takes a few minutes to create the buttons.

Looks good. 3-D effect.

Anyone see a downside to this approach?
