Every time I have to compact my access database for making it smaller size, it's always become to unreasonable size and I have to recompact it again and again otherwise my application will running show down . anybody can give me solution about this .. I hate this very very much

Welcome to the world of Access! It can be a great tool, but it has some very serious limitations and issues -- and this is one. I have experienced this as well, particularly in an app that has a lot of data entry at one sitting. I am not sure of the exact reasons for it (maybe someone else has some input on this). I don't have an easy answer for you, but I am not shocked by what you report.
