Overall reponse is slow. I've got little timers that post results to a log file for critical parts of the application. For example, when they find use a find routine to locate a record, I've start tracking the time during the form load, to the form Activate and from the time they click on OK (to select a record) to the time it updates the other form. When they run the application, clicking the on find button may require 10-15 seconds to load the form with the terminal emulation running, without it, it pops up in about 2. I'm not showing any slow down in the queries, just the painting of the forms.

The machines range from K2-200 with 32 megs to Pent III 600 with 128 megs.

One common theme among the hosiptals is that they are running Novell.

Rally is the most common Terminal emulation so far with my clients, but I do have one is using one card Irma and I have the same problems at that site.
