>That worked, however will it suit my purpose? I was trying to create a small informational form on the fly(programatically) from within another form and have a button on it for release. Probably not my best option?

This approach it's not even an option. Adding code programmatically is something that can only be done at design time.

That means that if you build an application and try to do this, even with the example code I showed you, it will not work.

You cannot add code at run time.

The best way to do this would be to create a custom information form class that already has the necessary controls - i.e., the controls that every instance of this form would have, like a Release button.

>Still can't figure out how doing it the way you showed me would be useful.

It's only useful if you are creating a builder or some other design time functionality.
It wouldn't be useful at run time.

>PS, I live in Walpole, MA..

Cool! My parents went on a New England tour several years ago and brought me back a few Walpole, MA Police Department patches (apparently they were in transition, so I got an old one, a current one and a new one).
Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
