You can use Outlook's automation model to send faxes as well as email; based on what it finds in the address book, I think it will send a fax if you have an entry with a fax # but no email address. You can explicitly create faxes separately from emails.
I have installed it.
Now, I can use the option New fax message. However, it shows me the same panel as an email. I'm not sure how I should proceed from there. Normally, I was just sending out my Word document. Everything seems to be a little complicated here. Also, how does it work when I receive a fax?
