I've already said you did the right thing when you found you were not productive in VFP. You moved. Wise decision. I hope anybody else in the same situation does the same rather than clinging to a product that is not helping them.

You mean Java Salaries and consulting rates? As one who once had to pay those rates, I know what you mean! If I were looking for a job now and money was my index, I know where I'd be looking. But if I already had a company that was doing well and growing nicely, I don't think Java would be my first choice. Not if I were funding it myself and wanted to make a profit, anyway.
