We have done a little more investigation on the controlsource value always being blank.

It seems that for forms with windowtype = 3 or 4 the controlsource value is not available at run time. Does anyone know of a way around this besides rewriting the whole form? (202 forms in the project and one full time programmer and a contractor (me) means that the rewrite is not really an option.)
