Yep; it's called Win2K Server; the fault tolerance facilities are built into Win2K Server, providing for mirroring and striping with or without parity.

You can purchase disk controllers like Adaptec's and DPT's hardware RAID solutions that provide this functionality without requiring Win2K Server, but Win2K server is cheper.
