Roland,
You should have all the tables and views from your database available in the wizard if the database is open and current. Make sure it's open and current before you start the wizard by typing in the command window "OPEN DATABASE ?" (without quotes) and navigating to the database you want. (There are also other ways to do this.)
The wizards are limited in what they can do. At some point you need to stop using them and make the forms from scratch. You can read about how to do this in Chapter 9 of the Programmer's Guide.
