Well it is as it is <g>. There are three things and each has its name. The name of the screen file that gets run, the name of the window that the form is in, and the name of the object that is the form.
I can see how this might be confusing at first, but if you separate the issues you will find that the two names you need to care about are the name of the file to use in a DO FORM command and the name of the object so you can reference it.
