I would assume hes talking about Dragon Naturally Speaking. Speech Recognition software.

I tested it a little with VFP. I only had the entry level package, which only allows for the menu commands they've built in. It worked ok. To be able to define speech recognition for you're own menus you need their upper level vesion.
