Hi I am from Aracaju and I am beginner in VFP, we can change information on this wonderful programming language (VFP), I liked too much, I am leaving Clipper and I already tried to use Delphi but I am not crazy of losing nights with Pascal, he/she would like to know more on:

1) Framework (the one that is is worth the feather)
2) clues and tricks in VFP
3) speed of VFP in local NET
4) which the best way to work with VFP
5) I should use VFP 5 or 6 (I am using the 5 for the time being and I already noticed some bugs)
6) I already noticed also that most of the people is using the version 6 of VFP
7) I should use PageFrame it is a little difficult to update the screen

I am programming the opening of the databases in the hand (as he/she did in Clipper) because I want that my systems funcionen so much in Of the as in Windows, for this reason I am opening the data of this it sorts things out:

USE PEOPLE
SET ÍNDEX TO PEOPLE.IDX, NAMES.IDX
SET ORDER TO 1

I know that is better to use DBC (database container) but to use doesn't get like this to open with my system Clipper (DOS)
