I have a Laptop with Win 2000 Advanced Server installed on it. The following setup works fine on a Laptop running Win 2000 Server. Both Laptops are running IIS 5.0.
I create a directory under the c:\inetpub\wwwroot call esigna. I place wc.dll and wc.ini in that directory. I configure IIS by adding wc to the default application. I config for scripts and executables.
When I try to just browse the directory http://localhost/esigna, I get HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden, You are not authorized to view this page. When I try to test the wc.dll,
http://localhost/esigna/wc.dll?_maintain~showstatus , it prompts me to down load the file.
Ideas?
