Has anybody noticed that FoxTouch does not correctly date/timestamp a file... or at least, on my W2K machine it doesn't. Instead, it seems to timestamp the file as if I were specifying GMT rather than my own time zone, then it adjusts the date/time that it assigns to the file.

So if I say:

foxtouch("junk.prg",1998,1,10,04,10,0)

which should set the date/time to 1998-01-10 04:10:00
it instead sets the date/time to 1998-01-09 23:10:00
...which is 5 hours difference!!!!

Is it supposed to work this way?
