Fixed it!

In the form, I had changed the primary business object programmaticly using the SetPrimaryBizObj method. After the SetPrimaryBizObj method executes, I added a line to set the lPrimaryBizObj flag on the original primary to .F. and all seems to work when I toggle between pages.
