I have created a remote view in Vfp 6.0 connecting to a Microsoft Access mdb file. In the view designer the 'Send Sql Updates' is checked to allow the updates to be written back to the Access table. I get the following error when trying to change the date of the date/time field in this view:

Connectivity error: [Microsoft] [ODBC Microsoft Access driver] syntax error in update statement.

How can I change the contents of the date/time field in the Vfp view?
