I was listening to the radio on the way home last night and they were interviewing a woman from Florida. She realized too late that she had punched the wrong hole and asked for a new ballot. She claims the woman manning the polls refused and took her wrong ballot and stuck it in the machine.
I thought the ballot looked kind of confusing. I could have figured it out if I had time, but if they were rushing people through, I could see someone making a mistake.

>Don't get me started...I have seen the ballot in question, and it doesn't look confusing to me. Why would anyone punch 2 holes? And if they realized that they had punched the wrong hole, why didn't they ask for a new ballot?

>My voting precinct has used that type of ballot in the past, even with skipped holes between the candidates. You punch the ONE hole next to the arrow. Am I missing something here?

>What a mess.
