how about 1 state = 1 vote - that's ultimate in state power - i'm quite sure the founding fathers never had any idea that there could be a fifty something to 3 difference in electoral votes between any two states.
Or - it's time to split California into 2,3, or even 4 states. How about a law that says once you've reached 26 electoral votes - you have to split your state up? Or - split electoral votes of all states up by percentage that each candidate got in that state?
