Your English is excellent! I particularly liked "nomenclature". RE: your e-mail requirement - you should look at Nigel Coates VFP Mapi Class in the Files Section (Classes). This should allow you to do everything that you specified. Your spec looks good. One thing you might want to consider adding is the processing of automated acknowledgements (received and/or has-been-read) - this will only be an option for those locations that use mail systems that support this facility. It will allow you to verify that a file has made it to its destination.

Notes: MAPI stands for Messaging Application Programming Interface - this has been superceded by CDO (Collaborative Data Objects) according to MSDN - but I for one can hardly see the difference ;-).
