That would be interesting Tamar. I need to set aside some time to study these issues so I can come to a rational, logical and constitutional conclusion on them ... not that my lone opinion will matter or have any affect on the issue. :-) But at least I'll have a clear conscience about giving it full consideration and coming to a reasonable conclusion in good faith.
