I can't test this because I don't have a printer with multiple trays, but in theory I think it should work. Bring up the report writer and select "File", "Page Setup" and then "Print Setup". On this screen you should see the "Paper Source" where you can select which tray is printed to. Set the appropriate tray for each of the reports you need to print.

FYI, you will have to hack the .FRX file again and remove the TAG and TAG2 info from the first record because as soon as you save the report again, it will rewrite those fields.

You could actually just hack the .FRX file to change the paper trays if you knew what the codes are. In the first record of the .FRX file, look in the "expr" field. One of the lines will say "DEFAULTSOURCE=#", where "#" is the code for the appropriate tray.
