So then in Florida, where some 19,000 ballots have been tossed out:

1) Didn't need to be since the error could have been corrected,

2) There are some 19,000 potential people who didn't read their instructions,

3) There are some 19,000 who did but deliberately spoild their ballots for some reason,

4) There are some 19,00 people who pais so little attention to what they were doing that they missed this,

I guess when these same folks go to those wonderful Florida (or elsewhere) horse racing tracks and place their bets on the wrong horse that they should be allowed to change their bets... <g>
