Hallo
Does anyone know if there is a way to get errormessages from a printer direct into VFP6, like "out of paper", "paperjam"... both from a serial connected and a parallell connected printer? Most important is the serialprinter. If there is no commands in VPF witch can do this, is there any other program/function I can use to get around the problem.
The reason I ask this, is that I, in first case, want to store the messages in a table, and second, make my own messagebox to tell the user, in detail, why the printings not work.
