I only encountered this :
If desktop=.t. and ShowWindowType=2 then wait window doesn't appear on top level form. If you somehow want to open a form (or class) in VFP5 after you moved to VFP6, compile form/class in VFP5 (provided you didn't strip the code out).
New help is in CHM (Compiled HTML) format with name foxhelp.chm and comes as MSDN online help (at least in VStudio).
