That's fine if you have anything to say about the hardware you work with. Most of my clients still run on 10mb. And about the internet. Well ASDL is new up here and not yet available in my region. Though there is an alternative by using the TV cable, this does not win much and they're in negative news at the moment. So in short, my 64/128k connection is the maximum I can get here right now.
But you're certainly right that the size of the executable has become less relevant through time. I must admit that it is my passion to create small executables for my products.....
