I tell people traffic cops hand out the largest number of tickets on Sunday mornings - between 8 AM and Noon. That way they can make his/her quota of tickets for the week. You see the people traveling by car at those hours on Sunday are most likely on his/her way to Church. Why try and ticket anyone on Friday or Saturday nights when the drunks and hoods are out? That could be dangerous.
