Is "ATM" a brand of Ethernet network card, or is it truly an Asynchronous Transfer Mode adapter? If the latter, these are rarely seen on workstations. You need to examine the setup of the card in the computer. Among other things, NetBIOS needs to be enabled so that VFP (and a lot of other Windows apps, for that matter) can talk to other machines/shares/queues. I don't know how you would do that with ATM; I understand there is a concept called "LAN Emulation" (LANE) that may come into play here.
Is the problem limited to VFP, or can you print to the queue from other Windows applications?
